A group of exceptional people, that have an extraordinary amount of knowledge in Blockchain technology, as well as decades of commercial and operational experience. The MetaVersus team has an extensive background that stretches back over 20 years.
Moray Hickes — Chief Executive Officer
Moray has been in software since 2006, right at the advent of the smartphone. For the majority of his career he has been in Agile software development, helping brands conceptualize and build apps, digital experiences and to modernize their infrastructure & architecture to support these solutions, whilst enabling the adoption of new technology. He has managed large scale development teams working on projects alongside client teams at companies like Bridgestone, Garmin, Twitter, Ford, United Healthcare, AirMiles, John Hancock, Bell, the CBC and even the NBA. Most recently he lead growth for Huawei’s app distribution platform AppGallery in Canada.
Kazune Takeda — Chief Technology Officer
Self-directed and driven technology professional with comprehensive accomplishments applying high-security smart contracts to ensure success and achieve goals. Strong experience in the Blockchain industry with great acumen. Demonstrated success developing and seamlessly executing smart contracts in complex Defi and DEX structures. Recognized for maximizing performance by implementing appropriate project management through analysis of details to ensure quality control, legacy system transformation, and an understanding of emerging technology. Expertise includes developing and auditing blockchain smart contracts with various Blockchain networks including Ethereum, Solana, Terra, Cardano, BNB, Polygon, and Avalanche.
Felix Oram — Chief Financial Officer
Felix has decades of commercial and operational experience across a wide range of sectors including the music industry, FMCG, and legal services. He is responsible for implementing and overseeing our management systems.
Shane Mcquillan — Chief Strategy Officer
Shane McQuillan is a globetrotting financial professional with decades of experience across Investment Banking, Trading, Venture Capital and Cryptocurrency.
